Warranty, Policies of Sales / Return, and Privacy Notice

    To speedup credit card processing, we need your ship-to, bill-to (where credit card company knows you're at) addresses, phone no., name on the card, etc. For oversea orders, you may fax us your authorization, including a copy of credit card,front & back in LIGHT TONE, at +1 626 810-6370 (or attached email: In some oversea situations, it may take us a few extra days to verify your card. Banks may require us to ship to billing address of card holder.

  • Standard Limited Warranty
    One year on parts, two years on labor, unless indicated otherwise. Longer Manufacturer's warranty is also honored. (Usually, monitors, hard drives etc. have longer manufacturers' warranty). Unlimited tech support.
    27-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: No re-stocking fee if returned for credit or exchange of similar value in 27 days (for OEM bulk CPU's 2 weeks, in the cases of wrong orders that Kingli is not at fault and a re-stocking fee may apply), for wrong orders or good reasons, and returned in original package and in original resellable condition without missing parts. However, Shipping, COD and bank charges are not refundable. However, we may choose to apply 5% restocking fee for orders which Kingli is not at fault.

  • Conditions of Sales
    Up-paid balance after due date bears interest of 1.5% per month from due date. Returned check charge $18. Shipping, COD, and non-cash charges are non-refundable.

  • Return policy
    RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from RMA department before returning any merchandise. RMA number is good for 15 days. Returned merchandise must be freight pre-paid with RMA# on shipping cartons. A copy of the original invoice & a complete description of the problem must be included. Items returned for credit or exchange must be in original package and in resellable condition without missing parts. Shipping and credit card discount charges are not refundable. The merchandise should be tested before shipping. The buyer is responsible for shipping or any incurred charges, if the merchandise is proved to be non-defective or subject to mis-use or improper operation. Restocking/handling fee of 18% may apply for non-defective products returned for refund. After 30 days, goods may be returned for repair or replacement only. In some rare situations, for memory and CPU products at least, if our vendor reduces the refund due to market price drops, we may choose to pass along this cost difference.
    Kingli is not responsible for any damage, losses or refusals of items that are not clearly marked with an appropriate RMA number. No RMA returns will be sent out UPS Red or Blue unless requested. The customer will be charged shipping freight for such special handling. For refund of shipping, we are only responsible for ground shipping at most.

  • Privacy Notice
    We at Kingli have always held your personal information in the highest regard, and we will continue to do so.
    1. We do NOT sell your personal information ("PI") to anyone, online or offline.
    2. We restrict access to your PI to those Kingli employees who must use your PI to provide our products or services to you. We also maintain safeguards to protect your PI.
    3. We disclose your PI in order to effect, administer, or enforce your transaction with us, through carriers or their representatives.
    4. You may access and request that corrections be made to your PI.
    5. We strongly supports the National "Do Not Call" Program. We understand how unwanted telephone solicitations at home can be a real annoyance.
